	AIR FILTER REPLACEMENT Did you know that it takes approximately 10,000 gallons of air for each gallon of fuel that propels today's cars? The only way for air to enter the engine is through the air intake after passing through the air filter. If the air filter is dirty, three things can happen: reduced engine power, decreased throttle response and increased engine wear. Most manufacturers recommend a new air filter every 7,500 miles. Check your owner's manual for your carmaker's recommendations. We carry a wide selection of air filters to meet the needs of most automobile manufacturers. If you would like to confirm that we have the right air filter for your vehicle, please call ahead. If we do not have the filter on hand, we will do our best to get it.
	WIPER BLADE REPLACEMENT We carry many quality replacement wiper blades. Ninety percent of all driving decisions require a clear view of the road, which means good visibility is essential - especially during wet weather when vision may be obstructed by water, road splash, sleet or snow on the windshield. Good visibility requires wipers that are in good condition. If the wipers are chattering, streaking or otherwise failing to wipe cleanly and consistently, you need new blades now. Don't delay, your safety depends on it.
	T-TECH TRANSMISSION SERVICE - TOTAL FLUID EXCHANGE Our patented T-TECH(R) machine replaces ALL THE FLUID in your transmission, not just a few quarts, as is standard with most transmission services. Before the development of the T-TECH(R) machine, only 25-30% of the fluid in your transmission could be changed. The T-TECH(R) drains and traps your vehicle's old fluid, including that in your torque converter, and replaces it with factory new fluid. Automatic transmission fluid used longer than recommended can result in poor shifting or even complete transmission failure. This service extends the life and improves the performance of your transmission.
	RADIATOR FLUSH AND FILL We offer DEXCOOL(R) Extended Life Antifreeze. We can upgrade your antifreeze and possibly extend the life of your engine by switching your old antifreeze for DEXCOOL(R) Extended Life Antifreeze. Our Coolant Drain & Fill Machine evacuates old engine coolant and replaces it with a fresh supply. Cooling system problems are a leading cause of on-the-road breakdowns. That is why most car makers recommend replacing coolant every 30,000 miles. Check your owner's manual for manufacturer's recommendations. This service is recommended to prevent rust and corrosion buildup on your engine components, to prevent overheating of the cooling system and to increase the overall life and performance of your vehicle.
	GEAR BOX SERVICE Most manufacturers recommend periodic changes of vehicle fluids. See your owner's manual for recommendations for your automobile. We are prepared to drain and refill the lubricants in the gear boxes of your vehicle. We carry a wide selection of automotive fluids to meet the needs of most automobile manufacturers. If you question whether or not we are prepared to perform a service on your vehicle, call ahead. If we do not have the fluids on hand, we will do our best to get them.
	SERPENTINE BELT REPLACEMENT Since the early 1980's, most vehicle manufacturers designed engines driven by just one serpentine belt. Because this belt performs a major function, proper inspection and maintenance is vital. If your serpentine belt fails, the vehicle cannot operate. We inspect the condition of your belts every time we perform a Star Service(R) Oil Change on your vehicle. Manufacturers recommend replacement when cracks in excess of four inches or those penetrating half way through the belt are evident.
	LIGHT BULB & FUSE REPLACEMENT We stock a large selection of bulbs and fuses, for the convenience and safety of our customers. If you are aware that your vehicle has a burned out light or fuse, please contact us before your visit. If we do not have the parts you need, we will do our best to get them.
		HEADLIGHT RESTORATION These are actual photos from a headlight that we restored. Over time your headlight surfaces become pitted and scratched, leaving them cloudy and dull, decreasing visibility. Our reconditioning restores them, removing the fogginess, increasing effectiveness and your visibility, for safer driving.
