You do not "spend" points. You are rewarded with a Bronze level reward every 1,000 points, a Silver level reward every 3,200 points and a Gold level reward every 6,900 points.

The rewards just keep pouring in!

In order to receive all points earned, you must swipe your tag with each qualifying purchase.  Points rewards must be printed within 21 days of earning rewards and must be used within 14 days of printing.  Rewards coupons can not be replicated or replaced.  There is no cash value for rewards. Points rewards change periodically, at the discretion of J&S Oil Company.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to XPRESS REWARDS, owned and operated by J&S OIL. These XPRESS REWARDS terms and conditions form the agreement (the “Agreement”) between you (“You”) and J&S OIL and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Company”).  You must be 18 years, or older, to participate in this program and be eligible for XPRESS REWARDS and Sweepstakes.  This program is designed to reward our loyal customers.  One tag per person please.  Points can not be merged for multiple users.
 
 (1) Agreement to Terms. YOU AGREE TO READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE XPRESS REWARDS. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not participate in the XPRESS REWARDS program. Use of the XPRESS REWARDS program signifies your agreement to the terms and conditions of use set forth below.
 
 (2) Modification of Agreement. Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time.
 
 (3) All rewards must be redeemed by the expiration date printed on the rewards coupon. Rewards not redeemed by the expiration date will expire and will not be reissued.
 
 (4) Right to Change XPRESS REWARDS. Company may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the XPRESS REWARDS program at any time. Company may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the XPRESS REWARDS program without notice or liability. Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse service or cancel membership.
 
 (5) Anonymity.  XPRESS REWARDS members can participate anonymously and be eligible to earn all available rewards. To qualify for automatic entry into sweepstakes promotions, participants must complete and submit the Xpress Rewards application.  J&S Oil does not share the identity or contact information of its' XPRESS REWARDS members.
 
 (6) Indemnification for Your Breach of Agreement. You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold Company, and all its officers, directors, owners, agents, employees, information providers, licensors and licensees (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from and against any and all liabilities and costs incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by You of the Agreement or the foregoing representations, warranties and covenants, including, without limitation, attorneys fees and costs. You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim. Company reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by You and You shall not in any event settle any matter without the written consent of Company.
 
 (7) NO WARRANTY. THE XPRESS REWARDS PROGRAM, INCLUDING ALL CONTENT, SOFTWARE, FUNCTIONS, MATERIALS AND INFORMATION MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU OR ACCESSED BY YOU, IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER FOR THE CONTENT OF THE XPRESS REWARDS PROGRAM OR THE MATERIALS, INFORMATION AND FUNCTIONS MADE ACCESSIBLE. FURTHER, COMPANY DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. COMPANY ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES BY USE OF THE XPRESS REWARDS PROGRAM. COMPANY AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE USE OF THE XPRESS REWARDS PROGRAM, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE CONTENT AND ANY ERRORS CONTAINED THEREIN. COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY FAILURE OF THE XPRESS REWARDS PROGRAM WHICH RESULTS FROM ACTS OR EVENTS BEYOND THE COMPANY’S REASONABLE CONTROL.
 
 (8) NO AWARD OR DAMAGES AGAINST COMPANY. IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE XPRESS REWARDS PROGRAM. THIS INCLUDES WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT, COMPUTER PROGRAMS, OR INFORMATION SYSTEM, OR THE LOSS OF ANY INFORMATION OR DATA.
 
 (9) Excluded Items. Points will not be accumulated for the following purchases: Purchases valued less than one dollar, Lottery, Alcohol, Car Wash & Wax Services, Pet Wash, Xpress Lube Services, Fuel Oil Purchase or Payment, Pre-Paid Phones, Pre-Paid Phone Cards or Pre-Paid Credit Cards. Points will not be awarded for purchase of a gift card, but will be awarded when the gift card is used to make qualified purchases.  This list is subject to change without notice, during the life of the program.
 
 (10) Lost, stolen, or damaged reward coupons will not be replaced.
 
 (11) Sweepstakes: Persons must be a minimum of 18 years of age to qualify for sweepstakes prizes.  XPRESS REWARDS members must complete and return registration forms, in order to receive sweepstakes entries, through the XPRESS REWARDS program.  No purchase necessary to participate in sweepstakes.  If you are not an XPRESS REWARDS member, you may click here for a sweepstakes entry form. Employees of J&S Oil, their spouses, significant others and their children, are not eligible for XPRESS REWARDS Sweepstakes.
 
 (12) J&S OIL is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tags or unredeemed points.  Tags may, however, be replaced at J&S OIL discretion.  If you are a registered member, points may be transferred from old tag to new tag.
 
 (13) XPRESS REWARDS coupons may be redeemed at any participating J&S OIL locations, unless otherwise specified, so long as the reward item is available at the location.
 
 (14) Participants must present a valid XPRESS REWARDS tag to earn points. The tag must be presented at the time of purchase. Points will not be awarded without a valid XPRESS REWARDS tag or for previous purchases.
